I can’t wait

Tuesday, February 10th, 2009

Check this out. I cannot wait for this movie!

The original Fast and the Furious is one of the most quotable car movies of our generation, lets hope this one contains just as many pearls.

“You had me?..You never had me…you never had your car”

The end of last year really kickd my arse, so time to catch up.

Movember.  What a great month/charity event.  I mean it’s about a million times better than the 40 hour famine.  Check out the super cheesy face fuzz the STM boys and I grew to raise some coin for a good cause.

Fire engines are awesome

Wednesday, January 7th, 2009

So the ignition crew survived new years at the infamous Rhythm and Vines festival in Gisborne… which was epic to say the least…

However, I almost didn’t make it home from welcoming in the new year after the evo decided it wasn’t made for long distance trips and let me know its feelings by dumping a tank of gas all over the road. To make this even more of a spectacle, apparently I can’t even get a tow truck without the fire department showing up first…

Thanks to the AA and those boys in yellow… the fire department

Tuff like Mr T

Was in Auckland last weekend chilling with P-Dizzle,  he needed to drop his race car off over the Shore, but had some mean back pain.  So I managed to score a drive of his big black V8 turbo Chaser.

The car has pretty much no traction on the street, aside from this it drives real nice.  Being behind the wheel of this beast, looking through the roll cage bars you feel super bad arse, like Mel Gibson in Mad Max, or B. A. Baracus of A Team fame.

Anyways dropped blacky off with no drama and got a feed at a mean little sushi place.

More than meets the eye?

When I have deadlines looming… I tend to bunker down and completely… avoid doing any work by scouring the internet for things I wish to purchase… recently this lead to my latest acquisition, which will put a smile on anyone’s face that was a fan of the original 80’s Transformers cartoon series and associated merchandise.

“Introducing the Transformers Music Label SoundWave MP3 Player, both an action figure and a portable audio player. Adopting a miniSD slot, so it is easy as plug and play. Even the weapons and different hand poses are included like other Transformer toys!”

I cannot express how much joy this toy/audio device brings me…

Thank you Audiocubes

Classic Hip Hop

Everyone is jumping on the Hip Hop band wagon these days!

Happy Birthday Justine! Mad Love!

Heroes

Wednesday, November 26th, 2008

1. Pharrell Williams - Arguably the best music producer out there at the moment, he also has a mean garage load of rydes.  Check out this old as Nightline piece.

2. Ken Block - Skate shoe tycoon, with a major driving talent.    Check this video of him giving one of his Subaru’s a thrash.

3. Ron Scanlan - Business man, local motorsport legend.  Check out his blog to read about his latest battle.

4. Hank Moody - David Duchovny’s best character every.  An honest hunny huslter. Kind of reminds me of my mate Pedey.

5. Mum and Dad - They are the only people who read this website. Much love.

These are in no paticular order.

Bad Arse

Check out Andy Ward’s (our local certifier) scweet Camaro.  Bad arse.

Also if your keen for a good feed and a mean price, head along to the Noodle Canteen and grab your self a box!

BOOKED

The end of this year has been ticker buying madness! Snoop Dogg, Sevens, Rhythm and Vines, Kanye & Nas, Homegrown and Toast Martinborough to name a few.

I’ve just added N.E.R.D tickets to my collection, the concert is in Aux at the Vector Arena on February 26.  Tickets on sale at Ticketmaster.

Love this older stuff from Pharrell. Mean!

Ginger Fury

Monday, November 10th, 2008

Since the start of the month I have been letting my ginger face fuzz grow, all in the name of science a good cause.  Moember raises awareness for men’s health issues, namely prostate cancer, so all you fools open your wallets and part with some dollars! Click here to sponsor me.  Team STMcookietech HARD!.  I’ll post some photos soon!

On a completely different note, yesterday on my flight home from Auckland stuck on Pacific blue(no pineapple lumps), but while everyone else was sitting all cramped up with no leg room, I was streching out in the emergency exit…life is so sweet.

I also managed to make some observations.

Air NZ Pros

  • Pineapple Lumps
  • Leg Room in every seat
  • Choice “tech as” check in system

Pacific Blue Pros

  • Hot air babes
  • Interesting in flight magazine
  • Hot air babes

Much Love

Thanks Millions
